You receive documentation of the inspection and practical next steps. Laboratory findings are included only when a sample was collected and analyzed.
How to prepare
- Keep windows and exterior doors closed for 3–4 hours before we arrive so we see normal indoor conditions.
- Run HVAC as you normally would — we want typical conditions, not staged ones.
- Clear access to under-sink cabinets, attic hatches, crawlspace entries, and the water heater.
- Have any prior leak repairs, insurance claims, or remediation invoices handy.
