Privacy policy
Plain-language summary of what we collect and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you submit an inspection request we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and details, and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page the request came from so we can route it to the right local team.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform an inspection, deliver your report, and follow up about your results. We may contact you by phone, text, or email using the contact details you provide.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared with the inspector assigned to your property and, if samples are sent for analysis, the independent laboratory analyzing them (samples are labeled by job number, not by name), as well as the service providers that host our website, database, and email delivery. We do not sell your information, and we do not sell or trade your contact details to remediation contractors.
Data retention
Inspection requests and reports are retained so we can reproduce or defend a report if it is later disputed. You can ask us to delete your record at any time, except where we are required to retain it.
Your choices
You can opt out of follow-up messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or calling us. You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information by emailing us.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal first-party analytics to understand which pages people find useful. We do not use your inspection data for advertising.
